The hotel is situated directly opposite the town’s main National Rail station, which provides a regular shuttle service to East Midlands Airport. The well-preserved Great Central Steam Railway also stops regularly at the station.<br /><br />Also nearby is the historic Taylors bell foundry, the world's largest working bell foundry and a popular tourist attraction. In Loughborough town centre there is the Carillon war memorial and War Museum located in Queens Park. Donington Park motor racing track is approximately 20 minutes away.
